At IKINITA, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with intention and care. We hope you love your selection — however, if something isn’t quite right, we are here to assist.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
In accordance with European Union consumer law, customers located within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@ikinita.com with your order number and full name within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days receiving the order.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Standard outbound shipping costs are refundable in accordance with EU law.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
All original tags must be attached
Items must be returned in original packaging
No signs of wear, perfume, makeup, deodorant, or damage
No alterations
IKINITA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE THE EU)
Orders shipped outside the European Union are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable. Refused shipments will not be reimbursed.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to availability.
If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
